"Al, Mick and Lou many thanks for all the time and effort you all put towards the class it was an absolute honour to meet you all and share some sweaty moments which will last a lifetime in my memory. You happen to be the most honest and generous people I have ever been lucky enough to meet i only wish i could express the positive effects you have had on me. I intend to continue visits to both Coventry and Milton Keynes and hopefully learn some more brilliant things from you. Once again thanks to you all, i wear my wristband like a gold medal."
